# Roadmap

KiX's development is structured across five phases. We have deliberately avoided committing to specific dates beyond what we have announced — building complex financial infrastructure responsibly takes the time it takes. What we will commit to is the sequence and the direction of travel.

## Phase 1 — Beta

The platform is live in beta with an active community of early testers. The focus of this phase is:

* Performance data validation — ensuring Performance Scores are accurate and reliable
* Bug identification and resolution — finding edge cases before they matter financially
* Community building — building the KiX community, gathering feedback, refining the product
* Feature testing — stress-testing Game Groups, trading mechanics, and Rewards across a real user base

Beta users play with test funds, so no real financial risk is involved.

## Phase 2 — Mainnet Launch

$KIX token deployed on Chiliz Chain (June 2026). Listed on Kayen Finance DEX. CEX listing on CoinTR. Platform mainnet launch with initial footballer roster, DAT trading, Predictions, Top 3, and Teams.

## Phase 3 — Growth

With the core platform stable and the community active:

* Additional footballer IPOs to expand the tradeable roster
* Duels game mode launches — head-to-head format
* XP rewards activated — XP begins to unlock tangible benefits
* Continued leaderboard and competitive feature development

## Phase 4 — Global Expansion

KiX extends its reach:

* Multi-language support (starting with Arabic, French, Portuguese — key football languages)
* Regional expansion with a focus on MENA and Asia
* Additional sports data integrations — deeper performance metrics, wider league coverage
* Regional partnership programmes

## Phase 5 — Full DAO

KiX reaches its governance destination:

* Snapshot voting fully live and active
* KiX Constitution ratified by the community
* Full proposal categories open to the community
* Community fully in control of the platform's future direction

This is the destination the platform has been building towards since day one. Full community ownership. Full community governance. KiX — owned by the people who play it.
