What are FreeKiX tokens?

FreeKiX tokens perform the same function in the KiX Trade-athon as $KiX will perform on the mainnet platform - to buy footballer tokens (DAT) and to receive winnings from the bi-weekly winnings pool.

FreeKiX is also used to calculate a traders profit in the Trade-athon, and consequent share of the 1,000,000 $KiX Prize Pool.

It has no value outside of the KiX Trade-athon.

What is $KiX?

$KiX is the KiX platform token and the life-blood of the KiX economy.

Once KiX is live on the mainnet it will be used to buy footballer tokens (DAT), and winnings will be paid out in it.

It will be paired with $USD on our DeX, as well as possibly BTC and ETH in pools on other DeXes also, and as well as being listed on centralised exchanges in the future.

$KiX can be staked and used for voting in DAO proposals.

How do I get FreeKiX?

Follow the simple steps outlined in Join the KiX Trade-athon and claim your first 1,000 FreeKiX.

Thereafter you may earn more FreeKiX by completing some simple Zealy Quests which will increase your leverage and potential to win a higher share of the 1,000,000 $KiX Prize Pool.

How can I win a share in the $1,000,000 Prize Pool?

To maximise your share of the Prize Pool you should make sure you have the maximum allocation of FreeKiX to trade by completing all of the Zealy Quests.

Then you need to remember that there are TWO WAYS TO WIN:

Buy the footballer tokens (DAT) that you believe will perform well in matches and so take a podium places in future ‘Game Groups’ and share in the Winnings Pool .

Trade you ‘footballer tokens’ (DAT) easily and instantly on our DeX. They are not NFTs - there is always liquidity and you don’t have to wait for a buyer. Your second goal is to make a trading profit, so ‘Buy’ when they are ‘HOT’, and ‘Sell’ when they are ‘NOT’.

You need to study the form of the footballers and 'scout' for the best performers. Don't forget there is always a new story in football!

How is the $1,000,000 KiX Prize Pool distributed to KiX Traders?

The Prize Pool is split into two separate areas of achievement:

Generating Trading Profit in the KiX Trade-athon - 80% (800,000 $KiX Trading Prize)
Driving KiX Promotion via Zealy Quests - 20% (200,000 $KiX $KiX Promotion Prize)

800,000 $KiX Trading Prize

At the end of the KiX Trade-athon (date to be announced) all portfolios will be analysed for 'AllTime Profit' - being a combination of:

Capital Appreciation - the difference between the 'cost' of the portfolio, and its 'value', plus whatever FreeKiX remains in the cash balance.
Total Winnings - the amount of FreeKiX earned from the bi-weekly Winnings Pool.

The total is the 'AllTime Profit'.

The 'AllTime Profit' of all traders is aggregated into a global figure. Each individual trader 'AllTime Profit' is a small percentage of this global figure. That small percentage is then applied to the total 800,000 $KiX Trading Prize, establishing an individual trader award.

200,000 $KiX $KiX Promotion Prize

Similarly, at the end of the Trade-athon, all Zealy XP Points earned individually by driving KiX promotion are aggregated into a total, and each individual's percentage of the whole calculated, which is then applied to the total 200,000 $KiX Promotion Prize.

If in either case the percentage is so small as to be below a threshold that is worth distributing (ie dust) then the $KiX redeemed will be re-distributed to other wallets.

Consequently the 1,000,000 $KiX Prize Pool will be evenly and fairly distributed to all qualifying participants.

What is the your goal for KiX Trade-athon?

Our goal is to educate traders on how to successfully trade fungible footballer tokens (DAT), earn winnings, and to profit from their knowledge of football: in short to learn our play&earn format.

In addition we want to reward our early-adopters and evangalists, and to build a vibrant and passionate KiX community that can share its knowledge. This will form the foundation our our exciting KiX Ambassador Program.

Lastly the KiX Trade-athon provides us with a testnet environment in which to test our product through beta and onto mainnet.

When does the KiX Trade-athon end?

There is no fixed end date for the Trade-athon at this point. We intend to keep keep the Trade-athon running, and rewarding traders, in some form until mainnet

What is the value of $KiX?

There will be a $KiX token generation event (TGE) early in 2024, being the first public sale of the $KiX token which will establish its initial price.

There is likely to be strong future demand for the $KiX token as it has powerful utility. The KiX Team have unwavering belief in the $KiX economy, and its tokenomics. However this should not be regarded as investment advice!
