Onboarding using a Wallet

On your first arrival at the KiX dApp, you will be presented with the screen below. You can create your KiX smart account using either a wallet or social login. Both signature methods work well and are equally secure.

If you wish to use a wallet, choose from the detailed options. There is a wide choice within Wallet Connect. Select your chosen wallet; for example, clicking Metamask will launch Metamask either as an app on mobile or as a browser extension on desktop.

Follow the basic instructions, whereby your wallet will authorise us to create a smart account for you.

External wallets are not used to hold KiX tokens or to transact, they are used only to authorise transactions that take place on your KiX smart account

In the future you will be able to fund your account by sending tokens to your KiX smart account using your external wallet.
